Easy Strawberry Face Masks You Can Make At Home

Basic Strawberry Facial Mask

This is just a basic facial mask that is simple and easy to make.

Ripe strawberries

Slightly mash 5-6 strawberries onto a plate. You don’t want to mash them so much that they become watery. Spread the mashed strawberries onto your face with your fingertips. Be carefully to keep the paste away from your eye area. Let the mask sit for 20 minutes and rinse with cool water.

Strawberry and Lemon Face Mask

Strawberries and lemons are both beneficial to your skin. Lemon juice is a natural astringent that helps to get rid of acne scars as well as dark spots. Strawberries contain alpha hydroxyl acids that help to keep blackheads and acne away by controlling the skin’s surface oil production.

3 mashed strawberries

1 teaspoon lemon juice

In a small bowl, mix together the strawberries and lemon juice. Apply the mask mixture onto your face, let it set for 15 minutes and rinse with warm water.

Strawberries and Cream Face Mask

Honey and fresh cream are great ingredients for your skin. Honey makes an amazing moisturizer, lightener and brightener. In addition, it also has anti-bacterial and antiseptic properties. Fresh cream lubricates, moisturizes, rejuvenates and nourishes your skin.

2-3 mashed strawberries

1 tablespoon fresh cream

1 teaspoon honey

Combine the strawberries, fresh cream and honey together in a small bowl. Apply the mixture onto your face, allow to dry and then rinse with warm water.

Strawberry and Bee Pollen Face Mask

Bee pollen has a gritty texture to it so it makes a great exfoliator. You want to be sure to use olive oil mayonnaise because the olive oil makes a terrific moisturizer while the mayonnaise is the perfect skin softener.

10 ripe strawberries

¼ cup bee pollen

3 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon olive oil mayonnaise

Combine all the ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Apply the mask to your face, allow to set for 20 minutes and then rinse with warm water.
